Electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing/ironing service available by arrangement with owner, 2 x colour TV, DVD, CD, DVDs/books/games. Fuel, power & starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Parking in FOC public car park approx 100 yards away (park to load/unload 15 yards from cottage, no vehicle access outside cottage). Locked shed for bike storage. Back yard with furniture & BBQ. Bench in front of cottage. One small well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 mins walk. Note: Babes in arms & children over 8 only. Note: Spiral staircase with limited headroom, unsuitable for less mobile. Note: Back yard is directly behind cottage but is accessed via end of terraced row.
